2007年山东省产妇HBsAg筛检及新生儿首针乙肝疫苗接种情况分析

目的]了解住院分娩产妇乙肝病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)检测及其所生新生儿首针乙肝疫苗及时接种情况,为进一步完善新生儿乙肝免疫预防策略提供参考。方法]对2007年山东省各级医疗机构每月上报的产妇HBsAg检测和新生儿首针乙肝疫苗接种资料进行分析。结果]山东省2007年合计报告住院分娩产妇1051553名,HBsAg筛查率为79.36%,已筛查产妇中HBsAg阳性率为3.33%。医院出生新生儿合计1059917名,乙肝疫苗首针及时接种率为96.93%,未及时接种的主要原因为早产、难产和/或低出生体重(占48.12%)和患病(占38.52%)。结论]2007年山东省住院分娩孕妇产前HBsAg筛检率较低,其所生新生儿24 h内乙肝疫苗及时接种率较高。

Analysis on HBsAg Screening among Puerperants and First Dose Hepatitis B Vaccination of their Newborns in Shandong Province in 2007

Objective]To know HBsAg screening rate and HBsAg prevalence rate in puerperants giving birth to children in hospitals and the timely first dose hepatitis B coverage of their newborns,providing evidence for improving immunoprophylaxis strategy for Hepatitis B in Shandong province.Methods]Data about HBsAg screening among puerperants and first dose Hepatitis B vaccination of their newborns were reported to local center for disease control and prevention by the hospitals every month.The data in the whole province were collected and analyzed in the end of the year.Results]A total of 1 051 553 puerperants were reported by the hospitals and the HBsAg screening rate was 79.36% in Shandong province in 2007.The HBsAg positive rate in those who had screened for HBsAg was 3.33%.A total of 1 059 917 newborns given birth in hospitals were reported and their timely birth-dose coverage was 96.93%.48.12% of the newborns delayed their vaccination because of premature birth,difficult labour or/and low birth weight and 38.52% delayed because of various illnesses after birth.Conclusion]The Antepartum HBsAg screening rate was low among those who gave birth to children in hospitals,while the timely first dose coverage of their newborns were high in Shandong province.
