脑泰方对缺血再灌注损伤沙鼠大脑皮层氨基酸类神经递质含量的影响

摘    要:目的 :探讨脑泰方对缺血再灌注损伤沙鼠大脑皮层氨基酸类神经递质含量的影响。方法 :采用沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉阻断模型。利用高效液相色谱 -荧光法检测大脑皮层氨基酸含量。结果 :脑泰方可显著降低沙鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤时大脑皮层兴奋性氨基酸类神经递质(EAAs)Glu、Asp含量 (P <0 .0 1) ,并显著升高抑制性氨基酸类神经递质 (IAAs)GABA、Gly、Tau含量 (P <0 .0 1) ,提高GABA/Glu比值。结论 :调节脑组织兴奋性和抑制性氨基酸类神经递质含量的平衡可能是脑泰方抗脑缺血再灌注损伤的机制之一。

Abstract:Objective:Discuss the influence of Naotaifang on the content of amino acids neurotransmitter of cerebral cortex on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in Gerbils. Methods:Adopt the model of Gerbil with double sides common carotid artery blocked. Estimate the content of amino acids of cerebral cortex by the method of high-effective liquid chromatography fluorescence. Results:Naotaifang can significantly decrease the content of Glu and Asp, the excitatory amino acids neurotransmitter (EAAs), in cerebral cortex on cerebra ischemia reperfusion injury in Gerbils(P<0.01).At the same time, it also significantly increases the content of GABA,Gly and Tan, the inhibition amino acids neurotransmitter(IAAs), in cerebral cortex(P<0.01), raise GABA/Glu ratio. Conclusion:The anti-ischemical reperfusion injury effect of Naotaifang on ischemic brain tissue is probably related with its regulation on the relative equilibrium of EAAs and IAAs.
