摘    要:目的 研究不同浓度铅染毒对生长小鼠学习记忆功能及生长状况的影响。方法 断乳BALB/C小鼠自由饮用不同浓度醋酸铅溶液 (0 .0 2 5 % ,0 .0 5 % ,0 .0 75 % ) 8周 ,建立铅染毒动物模型。全程观察生长过程 ,定期称重 ,并用开场行为、T型水迷宫试验测定小鼠的学习记忆功能。结果  0 .0 75 %组小鼠与对照组比较体重增加缓慢、学习记忆功能降低 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ;开场行为各组间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但 3min移动格数在 0 .0 75 %及 0 .0 5 %组有一致性减少趋势。结论 铅染毒至一定程度不仅影响生长发育期小鼠学习记忆等脑的高级功能 ,并且影响小鼠的体重增长。

Abstract:Objective This study was to evaluate the effects of lead on growth, learning ability and memory of growing mice. Methods The experimental mice (BALB/C mice) were divided into three groups, which had been intoxicated with oral lead acetate solutions whose concentrations were 0.025%, 0.05% and 0.075% respectively for 8 weeks. The growth process was observed and the weights of mice were weighed regularly. The changes of learning and memory were detected in open field and T water|maze.Results 0.075% lead acetate decreased the growth and learning ability of mice compared with those of the control group(%P%<0.05, %P%<0.01). There were no significant differences in open field test among these three groups(%P%>0.05). Moving lines of mice during 3 min in groups whose solution concentrations were 0.075% and 0 05 had a reducing tendency.Conclusion The results suggest that lead not only influence growth but also the advanced functions of brain such as learning ability and memory.
