低分子柑桔果胶粉对肥胖大鼠调节血脂及瘦素的研究

摘    要:目的 探讨低分子柑桔果胶粉(modifled citrus pectin,MCP)对肥胖大鼠体重、血脂和瘦素水平等的影响。方法 把普通SD大鼠随机分为5组:正常对照组、高脂模型组、MCP营养干预低剂量组(100mg/kg·d灌胃)、中剂量组(400mg/(kg·d)灌胃)、高剂量组(800mg/(kg·d)灌胃),分别于饲养的第3周、6周处死大鼠。观察大鼠体重、血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三脂(TG)、血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)、血清高密度脂蛋白胆同醇(HDL-C)和瘦素(1eptin)水平的变化。结果 以100、400、800mg/kg·d3种剂量灌胃6周均可显著降低大鼠的体重、血清TG、TC,与高脂模型组相比,中、高剂量的肝体比有显著性差异。LDL水平与高脂模型组相比,有下降趋势,但是无显著性差异,MCP营养干预各剂量组的瘦素水平与高脂模型组相比无显著性差异。结论 MCP有改善大鼠肥胖及降低高血脂水平的作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of low molecular citrus pectin on weight, blood lipids and the level of leptin in obese rats. Methods All the normal SD rats were randomly divided into five groups: normal control group, hyperlipidemia model group, low dose group of low molecular citrus pectin ( 100mg/ (kg·d), gastric irrigation), moderate dose group (400 mg/ (kg·d), gastric irrigation) and high dose group (800 mg/ (kg·d), gastric irrigation). The rats were sacrificed at the third and sixth week, respectively. The changes of the weight of the rats, the concentrations of serum total cholesterol (TCH) triglyeerlde (TG), low density lipopretein (LDL), high density lipopretein (HDL) and leptin were observed. Results The weight of rats, the levels of serum TG and TC obviously decreased in the low, moderate and high dose of low molecular citrus pectin groups. Compared with the hyperlipidemia model group, the ratio of liver to body was sigaifieanfly lower in moderate and high dose groups, and the level of LDL had downtrend, but no difference between the two. The levels of leptin had no difference between the three intervention groups and the hyperlipidemia model group. Conclusions The low molecular citrus pectin improves the obesity of rats and decreases the level of blood lipids.
