中山口岸出入境人群梅毒感染特点分析

目的]通过对中山口岸出入境人群进行梅毒血清学检测，全面了解梅毒在中山口岸出入境人群中的感染和流行特点，为加强口岸传染病监测和预防控制工作提供基础数据。方法]同时采用梅毒螺旋体抗体血凝试验（TPPA）、酶联免疫吸附实验（ELISA）和甲苯胺红不加热血清试验（TRUST）3种方法进行梅毒血清学检测；采用ELISA方法检测乙型肝炎表面抗原（HBsAg）。结果]中山口岸出入境人群中，梅毒感染率为1．16％，男性感染率（1．52％）显著高于女性感染率（0．33％）；梅毒感染者主要分布在40-60岁年龄段，占感染总人数的59．23％；梅毒合并乙型肝炎感染率为0．22％。结论]中山口岸出入境人群梅毒感染多以隐性感染和潜伏感染为主；梅毒合并乙型肝炎感染是传染病监测要面对的课题；采用TPPA和TRUST同时检测，可以提高梅毒的检出率，从而切实加强出入境人群的传染病监测。

Status of Syphilis Infection among Entry-exit Populations at Zhongshan Port

Objective To understand the status and the trend of syphilis infection among entry-exit populations at Zhongshan port,and to provide scientific basis for control the spread of syphilis. Method Serum samples were tested by TPPA, ELISA and TRUST to confirm syphilis infection. HBsAg were tested by ELISA. Result The positive rate of syphilis infection was 1.16%. The postive rate of male was 1.52%, it was significant higher than that of female (0.33%). The syphilis-infectioners aged 40~60 years was dominate (59.23%). The rate of mixed infection of Syphilis and HBV was 0.22%. Conclusion The major infectors was inapparent infection and dormant infection among entry-exit personnels at zhongshan Port. Mixed infection of Syphilis and HBV maybe a new problem. TPPA and TRUST together can increase the rate of positive. The supervision on syphilis should be strengthened.
