Sihler肌内神经染色方法的探讨

目的 探讨改良的Sihler肌内神经染色方法对动物肌和人肌染色的可行性。方法 用Sihler肌内神经染色法对兔小腿三头肌和人胸大肌、胸小肌、斜方肌整肌染色。结果 经染色后的肌块，外形完整，肌质呈胶冻半透明或透明状，肌束隐约可见。肌块浅蓝色，肌内外神经支紫黑色，对比度好。结论 此方法不仅可用于动物肌，也可用于经甲醛固定5mo-2a人肌肌内神经分支的研究。

A test for studying the distribution of intramuscular nerve branches in skeletal muscle

objective To explore Sihler's neural straining technique for studying the distribution of intramuscular nerve branches in skeletal muscles. Methods Sihler's neural straining technique was used to stain the whole triceps of rabbit and the pectoralis major ,pectoralis minor and trapezius of human. Results The whole muscle stained had a complete shape and the muscle substance was almost transparent or half transparent . The muscle fascicles were stained light blue and the extra and intra muscle nerve branches were stained purple black .Conclusions The method can be used to stain the main trunk and fine terminal branches within the rabbit or the human skeletal muscle which having been fixed in formalin for five months to two years.
