| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胸腔积液及血清癌胚抗原（ＣＥＡ）及乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）对良恶性胸腔积液的鉴别诊断价值。方法：分别采用双抗体放射免疫法和速率法检测１８例结核性和３２例癌性胸腔积液及血清ＣＥＡ和ＬＤＨ水平。结果：结核性及癌性胸腔积液、血清ＬＤＨ值及二者比值（ＰＬＤＨ／ＳＬＤＨ）均无显著性差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）。结核性及癌性胸腔积液、血清ＣＥＡ值及二者比值（ＰＣＥＡ／ＳＣＥＡ）均具有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０１）。

| Abstract: | Objective:To detect the value of using carcinoemberyonic antigen(CEA) and lactic dehyrogenase(LDH) to recognize and diagnose bening and malignant pleural effusion.Methods:Using double antibody radiation immunity and rate to check the level of 18 examples of tuberculosis and 32 examples of carcinoma pleural effusion of serum CEA and LDH.Results:There is no remarkble difference between tuberculosis and carcinoma pleural effusion,serum LDH and their scale.(P>0 05) There is notable difference between tuberculosis and curcinoma pleural effusion,serum CEA and their scale (P<0 01).The sensibility of diagnosis for malignant pleural effusion is 93%,specificity is 100%.Conclusion:Simultanously detecting pleural effusion and serum CEA have the recognizable and diagnostic value for benign and malignant pleural effusion.
