润肠通便口服液对实验性便秘及肠道平滑肌的作用

①目的研究润肠通便口服液（口服液）对实验性便秘及肠道平滑肌的作用。②方法采用燥结型及实热型两种便秘模型及正常小鼠，观察口服液的导泻作用。利用离体豚鼠回肠标本及在体小鼠，观察口服液对肠道平滑肌功能的影响。③结果口服液（６．０ｇ／ｋｇ体重）对两种便秘模型及正常小鼠均有导泻作用，尤其对失水造成的燥结型便秘，可明显增加排便总量及粒数，并可软化粪便，缩短排便时间。口服液能增加肠道平滑肌的收缩力，使在２７℃低温条件下处于抑制状态的离体豚鼠回肠平滑肌肌张力明显提高。在整体实验中，口服液可提高小鼠肠内炭末推进百分率，使小肠推进性运动增强，加速肠内容物的排泄。④结论润肠通便口服液能提高离体肠道平滑肌的兴奋性，促进在体小肠推进性运动，对多种便秘模型有导泻作用

THE EFFECTS OF RUN CHANG TONG BIAN ORAL LIQUID ON EXPERIMENTAL CONSTIPATION MODEL AND INTESTINAL SMOOTH MUSCLE

Objective To study the effect of Run Chang Tong Bian(RCTB) oral liquid on experimental constipation models and intestinal smooth muscle. Methods Two kinds of constipations(dry stool and excess heat model) and normal mouse were used to detect the purgative action of RCTB oral liquid. The effects of RCTB oral liquid on smooth muscle were observed in mouse and on isolated intestine of guinea pigs. Results In two experimental constipation models and normal mouse, RCTB oral liquid showed evident effect of catharsis especially in dry stool constipation in which it could increase total fecal amounts and excretory frequency, soften feces and shorten the time of defecation. RCTB oral liquid could increase the tension of isolated intestine smooth muscle of guinea pig even at low temperature condition when the smooth muscle activity was inhibited. RCTB oral liquid enhanced the percentage of pushing charcoal in mouse intestine. Conclusion The results showed that RCTB oral liquid could increase the excitability of isolated intestine, promote the pushing movement of mouse intestine and thus exerted effect of catharsis in the two kinds of constipations.
