摘    要:目的:建立检测中药制剂中非法添加化学药物成分氨茶碱、醋酸泼尼松的方法。方法:采用TLC法初筛,HPLC- DAD、LC-MS法确认,对非法掺入的化学药物进行定性鉴别,并以HPLC测定含量。结果:4批中药制剂中分别检测到化学药物成分氨茶碱、醋酸泼尼松。结论:方法选择性强,准确可靠,可作为中药制剂中非法掺入化学药物成分氨茶碱、醋酸泼尼松的有效检验方法。

Abstract:Objective: To identify aminophylline, prednisone acetate mixed illeglly in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) preparations. Method: Two Chemical components in TCM preparation were separated, identified and determined by TLC, LC-MS and HPLC. Result:4 batches of products were determined, which contained aminophylline and prednison acetate. Conclusion:The method is specific and sensitive, it can be used to detect the illegal TCM preparations.
