| 摘 要： | 目的]观察平肝和中降气法治疗中风后顽固性呃逆的临床疗效。方法]将68例患者随机分为对照组30例,给予常规西药治疗;治疗组38例,应用平肝和中降气法治疗。结果]治疗组总有效率94.70%;对照组总有效率73.30%。结论]以平肝和中降气法治疗中风后顽固性呃逆疗效较好。
