| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨小承气汤口服治疗急性心梗后便秘的疗效。[方法]对48例心梗后发生便秘患者进行疗效分析。[结果]24h内排便26例,2日排便14例,3日排便6例,总有效率95.00%。[结论]小承气汤结合护理干预治疗急性心梗后便秘疗效显著、安全、可靠。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To investigate the small pile gas soup oral treatment acute myocardial infarction constipation,curative effect.[Methods]To 48 cases occurrence of constipation after myocardial infarction patients efficacy analysis.[Result]Within 24h bowel 26,2d defecate 14 people,3d defecate 6 people,the total effective rate of 95%.[Conclusion]Small gas soup combined bearing nursing intervention treatment of acute myocardial infarction constipation curative effect is distinct,safe and reliable. |
