成人原发性肾病综合征患者尿视黄醇结合蛋白的测定及意义

采用酶联免疫法检测１００例正常人及７９例成人原发性肾病综合征治疗前后尿视内醇结合蛋白的变化。追踪随访２年，发现经治疗后病理类型为ＥＣＰＧＮ，ＭＣＮ，ＩｇＡ ＧＮ者，尿蛋白及ＲＢＰ均明显减少，其肾功能不全的发生率较低，而ＭＧＮ，ＦＳＧＳ，ＳＧＮ者，尿蛋白及ＲＢＰ无明显减少，肾功能不全的发生率较高，ＭｓＰＧＮ因其增生程度的不同，治疗效果及预后有所不同，轻度增生者治疗效果及预后较好，中，重度增生者，基

DETERMINATION OF URINARY RETINAL BINDING PROTEIN IN PATIENTS WITH ADULT PRIMARY NEPHROTIC SYNDROME

The levels of urine RBP were assayed in 79 patients with adult PNS before and after treatment and in 100 normal controls by ELISA,followed by a two years follow up study.The results showed that in ECPGN,MCN,IgAGN patients the urine RBP and protein after treatment decreased significantly and the incidence of renal failure was low.But in those MGN,FSGS,SGN patients there were no significant decrease in urine RBP and protein,and the inciderce of renal failure was rather high.The clinical curative effect and prognosis in MsPGN patients with mild hyperplasia were better than the patients with moderate or severe hyperplasia.The results suggest that the incidence of renal failure is higher in PNS patients with persistent increased urine RBP than in patients with only a temporary increase in urine RBP.
