失血性休克家兔腹腔脏器再灌注损伤的预防性治疗

摘    要:目的观察1、6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)对控制性失血性休克兔再灌注损伤的保护效应.方法18只家兔分为三组(n=6),采用Lamson休克模型,休克90 min,再灌注90 min,检测肝、肠、胰组织的MDA、SOD、TNF α、ICAM-1水平.小肠末段组织作电镜切片.结果再灌注90 min后治疗组兔肝、肠、胰MDA、TNFα、IcAM-1水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);DOD水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论FDP可在一定程度上减少兔失血性休克后腹腔脏器再灌注损伤的脂质过氧化反应和炎性反应.

Abstract:Objective: To observe the protective effects of fructose - 1、6 - diphosphate (FDP) on celiac organs of rabbits during ischemia -reperfusion. Methods: 18 rabbits were randomly divided into three groups (n = 6),Lamson mode of shock was prepared. 90 min after ischemia - rcperfusion the MDA, SOD, TNF α and ICAM - 1 levels of liver, intestine and pancreas were determined. Results:MDA, TNF α and ICAM - 1 levels of treat groups were significantly lower than those of control group ( P < 0.05 ), while the SOD level of treat group was higher than that of control group( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusions: FDP can protect rabbit s celiac organs from ischemia - reperfusion injury through inhibiting lipid peroxidation reaction and systemic inflammation reaction syndrome.
