房间隔应变率成像评价左室舒张功能下降的应用价值

目的通过应变率成像技术检测房间隔的运动变化，探讨其在不同阶段左室舒张功能下降中的应用价值。方法测量40例正常人与60例左室舒张功能下降患者的房间隔应变率（SR）曲线和应变（S）曲线的各期峰值速度并观察彩色曲线解剖M-型变化。结果各指标除松弛性下降组舒张晚期峰值SRa，舒张早期波Se与正常组对照无显著性差异外，其余指标各组与正常组对照均有显著性差异。结论房间隔应变率成像可评价不同阶段的左室舒张功能下降。

Atrial Septal Strain Rate Imaging for Evaluation of Left Ventricular Diastolic Function

Objective To identify the types of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction using the strain rate imaging(SRI) of atrial septum.Methods Forty healthy adults and sixty patients with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction were included in our study.The peak velocity variables of atrial septal strain rate and strain were measured.The variations of the color curved M-mode were observed.Results Markedly different strain rate and strain patterns and measured variables could be be seen between the patients and the control group.Conclusions SRI might have potential advantages in assessing left ventricular diastolic function,which merits further investigation.
