胆囊内胆汁粘度及胆汁成分对胆石形成影响的临床和动物实验研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨胆囊内胆汁粘度 (BV)和胆汁成分 (BI)对胆石形成的影响。方法 :对正常人 ,胆囊炎、胆石症病人以及正常兔、高胆固醇成石兔、成石 +中药兔BV的测定 ,探讨胆囊内BV对胆石形成的影响。结果 :同一切变率下 ,胆石症组BV最高 ,与其他两组比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;高胆固醇成石兔成石率达 90 % ,加中药组则降为11% ,对照组为零 ;成石兔胆汁酸、磷脂减少 ,胆固醇增高 ,而中药组胆汁酸、磷脂增加 ,胆固醇降低 ,两组相比有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;成石兔BV显著高于其他两组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :胆石形成与胆囊内BV增高有关 ;中药在降低BV的同时起到了调整BI比例的作用 ,中药可能降低胆囊内BV ,减少胆石症的发生率

Abstract:Objective: Our aim was to investigate the effects of bile viscosity(BV)and bile ingredients(BI) on stone formation in gallbladder. Methods: We examined BV and BI in healthy subjects, patients with cholecystitis and cholelithiasis, control rabbits, and experimental rabbits with cholecystitis. Results: In patients and experimental rabbits, BV in gallbladder stone group were higher than that in control groups with the same shearing rate(P<0.05).Gall-stone formation rate in rabbits, reached 90% when induced by cholesterol, and decreased to 11% when treated with Chinese herbs. Gall-stone rabbits showed lower biliary acid, lower phospholipid, and higher cholesterol than those treated with Chinese herbs(P<0.01). Conclusion: Gall-stone formation was closely related with increased BV in gallbladder. Chinese herbs might reduce the incidence of cholelithiasis by decreasing BV and changing BI in gallbladder.
