闭合复位空心钉内固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床效果分析

目的分析闭合复位空心钉内固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床效果。方法150例跟骨骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组75例。观察组患者实施闭合复位空心钉内固定治疗,对照组患者实施切口复位内固定治疗。比较两组患者手术相关指标(出血量、手术时间)、并发症发生情况以及足部功能评分、临床疗效、治疗满意度、治疗依从性。结果观察组患者总有效率为100.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总满意率为100.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总依从率为100.00%,高于对照组的61.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总并发症发生率为2.67%,低于对照组的16.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者出血量少于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,足部功能评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论闭合复位空心钉内固定治疗跟骨骨折疗效显著,能够减少患者术中出血量,缩短手术时间,有效减少并发症的发生,提高患者的足部功能,值得临床推广。

Analysis of the clinical effect of closed reduction and internal fixation with cannulated screw in the treatment of calcaneal fracture

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of closed reduction and internal fixation with cannulated screw in the treatment of calcaneal fracture.Methods A total of 150 patients with calcaneal fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 75 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by closed reduction and internal fixation with cannulated screw,and the control group was treated by incision reduction and internal fixation.The surgical related indicators(amount of hemorrhage and operation time),occurrence of complications,foot function score,clinical efficacy,treatment satisfaction and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 100.00%in the observation group,which was obviously higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of treatment was 100.00%in the observation group,which was obviously higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of treatment was 100.00%in the observation group,which was higher than 61.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications was 2.67%in the observation group,which was lower than 16.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group,operation time was shorter than that in the control group,and foot function score was higher than that in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Closed reduction and internal fixation with cannulated screw shows remarkable efficacy in the treatment of calcaneal fracture,and it can reduce amount of intraoperative hemorrhage,shorten operation time,effectively reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the foot function.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
