| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经皮穿刺切吸术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 自1993年5月～1996年11月对377例腰椎间盘突出症患者采用自动式经皮腰间盘切吸仪（APLD）治疗，随访时间10个月～3．5年（平均2．1年），按Macanb疗效标准进行评定。结果 差30例。其中21例经再次切吸手术，8例获优良疗效。另9例行手术探查。结论 经皮穿刺切吸术是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的一种有效方法，但应严格掌握手术适应症。
