紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗老年复发性卵巢癌的临床效果分析

目的：观察紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗老年复发性卵巢癌的临床效果。方法选取我院2011年1月—2013年1月收治的复发性卵巢癌老年患者38例，采用随机数字表法将老年患者分为观察组（20例）和对照组（18例）。对照组采用顺铂联合环磷酰胺治疗，观察组采用顺铂联合紫杉醇治疗，比较两组患者的临床症状改善情况、肿瘤体积、手术时间、术中出血量及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者临床症状总缓解率及肿瘤体积总改善率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）。观察组患者手术时间短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）。两组患者不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P 〉0.05）。结论紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗老年复发性卵巢癌效果显著。

Clinical Effect of Paclitaxel and Cisplatin in the Treatment of Elderly Recurrent Ovarian Neoplasms

Objective To observe the clinical effect of paclitaxel and cisplatin in the treatment of elderly recurrent o-varian neoplasms. Methods A total of 38 elderly patients with recurrent ovarian neoplasms were selected in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013,who were randomly divided into observation group（20 cases）and control group（18 cases）. The control group was treated with cisplatin and cytoxan,observation group was treated with paclitaxel and cisplatin. The im-provement of symptoms,the change of tumor volume,operation time,the bleeding volume during operation and the incidence of adverse events between two groups were compared. Results The remission rate of clinical symptoms and the improvement of ne-oplasms volume of observation group were higher than control group（P 〈 0. 05）. The operation time and bleeding volume of ob-servation group were less than control group（P 〈 0. 05）. There was no statistically significant differences in incidence of ad-verse events between two groups（P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Paclitaxel and cisplatin has certain effect on elderly recurrent ovari-an neoplasms.
