直肠癌术后排便异常中药熏洗治疗的疗效观察与护理

目的：探讨直肠癌术后排便异常中药熏洗治疗的疗效观察与护理.方法：将50例患者接数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组各25例,两组患者均给予常规止血等药物口服治疗和护理,治疗组加用中药熏洗治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果.结果：治疗组总有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论：中药熏洗治疗直肠癌术后排便异常效果显著,药物治疗的同时予以积极有效的护理措施对患者排便功能的康复具有积极促进作用,亦可减轻患者心理、生理上的痛苦,提高其生活质量.

The curative effect observation and nursing of the abnormal bowel movement of postoperativ rectal cancer with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation

Objective： To investigate the curative effect and nursing of the abnormal bowel movement of postoperative rectal cancer with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation. Methods： 50 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 25 in each group accord ing to the numeric table method. Patients in both groups were given the routine hemostatic drugs and nursing, and patients in the treatment group were treated with additional traditional Chinese medicine fumigation. Then the curative effect of both groups was compared. Results： The total elfective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, which was of statistically difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The treatment of abnormal bowel movement of postoperative rectal cancer with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation was remarkably effective. Besides, positive and effective nursing measures can effectively promote the recovery of the bowel function of the patients, relieve the physical and psychological sufferings and improve the life qualities of the patients.
