丙型肝炎病毒NS3区辅助性T细胞抗原表位的应答

观察２例慢性ＨＣＶ携带者及１例ＨＣＶＲＮＡ转阴者外周血淋巴细胞对ＨＣＶＮＳ３区辅助性Ｔ细胞抗原表位的应答。方法用血清学方法检测患者的ＨＬＡ分型。根据计算机软件分析和文献资料，合成了１个位于ＨＣＶＮＳ３区长度为１４个氨基酸的辅助性Ｔ细胞表位，与在ＧｅｎｅＢａｎｋ中已发表达的３４个ＨＣＶ全长序列进行了比较。

Proliferative response to an Th cell epitope within the HCV NS3 domain by PBMC of HCV patients

Aim To investigate the helper T cell response to an epitope within the NS3 domain in two chronic HCV carriers and one self limited patient. Methods HLA type was determined by serotyping technique. An epitope(amino acids 1248 to 1264) was synthesized according to computer analysis and published articles. The epitope was analyzed within 34 HCV complete sequences in GenBank. Results The epitope was highly conserved in all sequences except that one amino acid difference was found in four sequences respectively. The HLA typ wasn't same in three patients.The levels of proliferative response to this epitope by PBMC from all three patients was higher than those from normal control. Conclusion The response to the epitope within HCV NS3 domain may not only have relationship to self limited course of HCV infected patients,hut also to the disease condition of chronic HCV infected patients.
