| Abstract: | A case is presented of a traumatic avulsion fracture of part of the tibial tubercle after harvesting of the central third of the patellar tendon, with bone blocks, for anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. The literature is reviewed. This injury has not been reported previously. |
