| 摘 要： | 目的 比较可膨胀股骨近端髓内钉(EPFN)与动力髋螺钉(DnS)治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果.方法 将52例股骨粗隆间骨折随机分为两组,比较切口长度、手术时间、术中X线透视次数、术中出血量、术后引流量、术后第3天疼痛、非负重扶拐下床时间、弃拐时间、骨折愈合时间、Harris髋关节功能评分及并发症.结果 EPFN组在手术切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、术后第3天疼痛评分均低于DHS组,差异有统计学意义.在术后功能恢复上,两组无差异性.结论 与DHS内固定相比,EPFN治疗股骨粗隆间骨折是一种更加微创的内固定手段,早期临床效果令人满意.
