| 摘 要： | 目的建立RP—HPLC法测定酚酞片的含量。方法采用AgilentC18色谱柱（5μm，4．6mmxl50mm），柱温为25℃，以甲醇-0．05mol／LNH4H2PO4（用磷酸调pH至3．31）（70：30）为流动相，流速为1mL／min，检测波长为275nm。结果酚酞在（19．968-139．776）μg／mL的范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999，n=5），测得平均回收率为100．87％，RSD=0．88％（n=9）。结论该方法稳定可靠，重现性好，可有效控制酚酞片的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop an HPLC method for the determination of the content of Phenolphthalein tablets. Methods Agilent Czs column（5 μm, 4.6 mm×150 mm）was used, the column temperature was 25℃, the mobile phase was methanol -0.05 mol/LNH4H2PO4 （adjusted to pH 3.31 with phosphoric acid） （70：30） at the flow rate of 1.0 ml min-1, The UV detection wavelength was 275 nm. Results The linear range was （19.968-139.776） μg/mL （r = 0.9999,n = 5）, the average recoveries was 100.87% with RSD = 0.88% （n = 9）. Condusion This method is stable, reliable and repro- ducible. It can be used for the aualitv control of Phenolnhthalein tablets. |
