摘    要:目的 探讨16排螺旋CT及MPR、MIP、VR技术对颈动脉体瘤的诊断价值.方法 回顾性分析经手术证实的5例颈动脉体瘤16排螺旋CT影像特点及临床资料,总结16排螺旋CT对CBT的特征性.结果 5例均显示病变位于颈动脉间隙内,平扫病变均匀等密度,边界较清楚,增强后病变明显强化且静脉期高于动脉期.MPR、MIP及VR重建技术显示病变位于颈总动脉分叉处并包绕颈内、外动脉,见丰富的肿瘤血管,颈内、外动脉夹角明显增大,病变累及至颈总动脉1例.结论 16排螺旋CT及MPR、MIP及VR重建技术诊断CBT具特征性,能替代DSA检查.我们认为该方法应为CBT最为理想的检查方法,值得推广.

Abstract:Objective To study the diagnostic value of 16-row spiral CT and MPR, MIP, VR for carotid body tumor. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the imaging features of 16-row spiral CT and clinical data of 5 patients who were confirmed as tumors by surgery, summarized the characteristic of CBT. Results All of the 5 cases showed that the le- sions located in carotid space, homogenous density,well-defined margin, and after enhanced scanning, lesions were ob- viously enhanced and the venous phase were higher than arterial phase. MPR, MIP and VR reconstruction technology showed the lesions located in the bifurcation of common carotid artery and wrapped round the internal carotid artery and external carotid artery, demonstrated plentiful tumor vessel, included angle of internal and external artery in- creased obviously,and 1 case of patients with lesions involving to the arteria carotis communis. Conclusion 16-row spiral CT and MPR,MIP and VR reconstruction technology are characteristic in the diagnosis of CBT,they can replace DSA examination. We think this examination method should be the ideal method for CBT,and it's worthy of promotion.
