| 摘 要： | 目的探讨基层医院甲状腺手术临床治疗效果。方法回顾分析我院收治836例甲状腺手术患者临床资料。结果随着我院甲状腺手术的逐渐成熟,甲状腺手术均取得良好疗效,治愈率逐渐达到97．94％,且并发症逐渐降低到5．88％。结论甲状腺手术在随着基层医院日趋规范、成熟,该手术疗效满意,并发症少、安全可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical results of thyroid surgery in primary hospital. Methods Clinical data of 836 patients undergoing thyroid surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results The effect of thyroid surgery in primary hospital was satisfactory, with cure rate 97.94% and incidence of complications less than 2.05% in 340 cases in more mature phase. Conclusion With the increasingly standarized and mature thyroid surgery in primary hospital, the surgery is satisfactory and safe, with less complications. |
