天保宁对冠心病介入术后患者负性情绪及睡眠质量的影响

目的 观察冠心病介入术后应用天保宁治疗患者的焦虑及睡眠质量情况,探讨其临床意义.方法 收集我院收治的186例冠心病介入术后应用天保宁的患者作为观察组,选取体检证实为正常的成年人186例作为对照组.应用焦虑自评量表评价患者焦虑程度,应用睡眠质量量表评价患者的睡眠质量,同时关注观察组患者血脂的表达情况.结果 观察组患者的焦虑评分明显高于对照组(38.39±4.87)vs(32.40±1.97)],观察组患者睡眠质量的评分明显高于对照组(6.30±1.05)vs(3.10±0.93)],观察组的血脂水平改善明显(P＜0.05).结论 相对于正常人比较,冠心病介入术后应用天保宁治疗的患者常表现为一定程度的焦虑情绪,睡眠质量降低,但应用过程中可以更好地调节血脂.临床应积极进行患者术后针对焦虑情绪的干预,以改善负性情绪和睡眠质量,以更好地促进身心康复.

The observation of negative mood and sleep quality in post operative pa- tients with coronary heart disease by using Tianbaoning

Objective To investigate the anxiety and sleep quality in post operative patients with coronary heart dis ease by using Tianbaoning, study their clinical significance. Methods A total of 186 patients were collected as the ob servation group, 186 normal adults were collected as the control group. The anxiety and sleep quality were analyzed by questionnaires, the blood lipid expression was observed by detecting blood serum. Results The score of anxiety were higher in the observation group than in the control group （38.39±4.87 vs 32.40±1.97）. The score of sleep quality were higher in the observation group than in the control group （6.30±1.05 vs 3.10±0.93）. The changed level of blood lipid were better in the observation group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with control group, the higher anxiety emotion and lower sleep quality are found in the postoperative patients by Tianbaoning treatment. Application of Tianbaoning can regulate blood lipid in patients. Clinical intervention should be applied on improving anxiety and sleep, in order to promote the physical and mental rehabilitation.
