小儿高热惊厥（FC）的急救及护理分析

目的研究急救与护理对小儿高热惊厥的临床疗效。方法选取本院121例小儿高热惊厥患儿，通过本院急救及护理措施后根据治愈情况、复发情况及后期随访的资料来研究针对于小儿高热惊厥急救与护理的重要性。结果调查发现病因中上呼吸道感染人数较多，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;患儿家属焦虑等负面情绪及临床医务人员对患儿配合医疗的满意度护理前、后比较差异显著（P〈0.05）;干预前、后的护理指标经t检验，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;通过积极急救与治疗后患儿无死亡病例;经过2年追踪随访调查,复发率近23.97%（29/121）。结论小儿高热惊厥的发病因素复杂、复发率高、针对小儿脑组织损害严重。在发病初期急救与护理是救治该病的最重要因素。

Analysis of emergency treatment and nursing care of children with febrileconvulsion

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and significance of emergency treatment and nursing care ofchildren with febrile convulsion. Methods Selected 121 cases of children with febrile convulsion clinical data, were tobe reasonable, timely emergency treatment and nursing; to explore the importance of emergency treatment and nursingcare of patients with febrile convulsion of children from the cure,recurrence and follow-up. Results The survey foundmost above causes of febrile convulsion in children with respiratory tract infection, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）; And care before and after the families of children with anxiety and other negative emotions and clinical staff for children with medical Satisfaction difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）;before and after intervention, nurs-ing index by test was statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）; by actively first aid and treatment in children withno deaths; after the investigation of 2 years of follow-up, the recurrence rate was close to 23.97%（29/121）. Conclu-sion Risk factors of children with febrile convulsion in children with complex, brain damage, high recurrence rate. Inthe early onset of first aid and nursing is the most important factor in treatment of the disease.
