摘    要:目的 探讨无骨折脱位型颈髓损伤的病因、临床表现、诊断和治疗.方法 对80例采用颈前路减压钛网植骨前路钢板内固定手术治疗的无骨折脱位型颈髓损伤患者进行回顾分析,并观察近期疗效.结果 80例患者术后随访5~35个月,平均11.5个月,手术固定节段均获得骨性融合,内固定无松动、断裂,术后MRI检查显示椎管容积扩大,颈髓受压缓解,所有患者均有不同程度恢复.结论 早期诊断及手术治疗无骨折脱位型颈髓损伤可以明显获得脊髓的功能恢复效果.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the causes, clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment of cervical spinal cord injury without fracture dislocation. Methods Eighty cases of spinal cord injury without fracture dislocation were treated by anterior cervical decompression, bone graft with titanium mesh and internal fixation with titanium plate to retro spectively observe the short term effect. Results All the cases were followed up 5 to 35 months, average 11.5 months, and were showed bony fusion at the surgery section without internal fixation loosen or broken. The postoperative MRI indicated an ampliative vertebral canal and catabatic cord compression. The nurve function of all the cases were im proved in different degrees. Conclusion Early diagnosis and operative treatment for cases of cervical spinal cord injury without fracture dislocation means obvious improvement of nerve function.
