程序化护理在导管溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓患者中的应用

目的 探讨程序化护理在导管溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓患者中的应用.方法 选择2011年12月～2012年12月在我科行导管溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓的患者78例,随机分为观察组(n=39)和对照组(n=39),分别采用程序化护理方法和常规护理方法护理,观察两组患者血栓溶解率、并发症发生率及近期生存质量.结果 两组患者血栓溶解率无统计学差异(P＞0.05),并发症发生率及近期生存质量均有统计学差异(P＜0.05).结论 程序化护理可以降低导管溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓患者并发症发生率,改善患者近期生存质量.

The application of programmed nursing care in catheter-directed throm- bolysis of patients with lower extremity deepvein thrombosis.

Objective To investigate the effects of the programmed nursing care in catheterdirected thrombolysis of patients with lower extremity deepvein thrombosis. Methods From December 2011 to December 2012,78 patients with lower extremity deepvein thrombosis who underwent catheterdirected thrombolysis were divided randomly into obser vation group （n=39） to receive the programmed nursing and control group （n=39） to receive the routine nursing.Com parisons were conducted on the rate of thrombolysis, the rate of complication and the living quality after underwent catheterdirected thrombolysis. Results No significant different was observed in the rate of thrombolysis, complication （P〉0.05）. Significant differences were observed in the rate of complication and the living quality between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the routine nursing care,programmed nursing care is more effective in decreas ing the incidence of complications and improving the living quality after catheterdirected thrombolysis of patients with lower extremity deepvein thrombosis.
