优质护理服务措施在重度子痫前期患者中的应用及效果

目的探讨优质护理模式在重度子痫前期患者中的应用及效果。方法采用回顾性分析方法分析深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院2011年1月～2013年2月收治的90例重度子痫前期患者的临床资料。A组患者来自优质护理开展前，仅接受常规护理模式指导下的护理措施；B组患者来自优质护理开展后，接受优质护理模式指导下的护理措施，比较两组患者母婴结局、并发症发生率、焦虑情绪和患者对护理人员提供护理服务的满意度。结果B组患者母婴结局明显优于A组，B组患者手术并发症发生率15.56%，焦虑标准分（41.23±4.57）分，均明显低于A组，且B组患者对护理人员提供护理服务的满意度（100.00%）明显高于A组患者，有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论优质护理活动能够明显减少重度子痫前期患者的手术并发症，改善母婴结局，降低患者焦虑程度，提高患者对护理人员提供护理服务的满意度。

The application effects on the severe preeclampsia patients by high qualitynursing service

Objective To investigate the application effects on the severe preeclampsia patients by high quality nurs-ing service. Methods The data of ninety severe preeclampsia patients who were treated in the maternal and childhealth care in baoan district of shenzhen city from January 2011 to February 2013 were retrospectively analyzed, pa-tients in group A selected before high quality nursing care,they were given routine nursing measures,patients in groupB selected after high quality nursing care, they were given nursing measures under the guidance of the high qualitynursing service mode. The maternal -infant outcome, the postoperative morbidity, the scores of anxiety and depressionand the nursing service satisfaction were evaluated. Results The maternal-infant outcome in group B were better thanthat in group A（P 〈 0.05）,the postoperative morbidity was 15.56%,the scores of anxiety （41.23±4.57） in group B werelower than that in group A（P 〈 0.05）,the nursing service satisfaction （100.00%） in group B were higher than that ingroup A（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention measures under the guide of the high quality nursing servicemode can obviously reduce the postoperative morbidity and the degree of anxiety in the severe preeclampsia patients,improve the matemal-infant outcome and nursing service satisfaction.
