透穴针刺配合中药熏蒸治疗中风偏瘫步态疗效观察

目的探讨透穴针刺配合中药熏蒸对中风偏瘫步态的治疗作用。方法156例中风后遗偏瘫患者，依据治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组运用透穴针刺疗法，配合双下肢中药熏蒸;对照组采用常规针刺治疗法;治疗时间2个月，比较两组患者治疗前后肌力提高状况以及步行能力FAC评分变化。结果经过2个月治疗后，治疗组患者下肢肌力改善有效率为92.3%,对照组患者下肢肌力改善有效率为76.9%,两组步行能力较治疗前比较均有明显进步，治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论透穴针刺配合中药熏蒸可以提高下肢肌力以及步行能力，从而有效改善中风患者的偏瘫步态。

Observation of efficacy on hemiplegic gait patients by penetration needling combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy

Objective To investigate the efficacy of the new treatment of Penetration Needling combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy on hemiplegic gait of stroke patients. Methods A total of 156 cases withhemiplegic gait of the stroke patients, were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods ,onegroup was the treatment group treated by Penetration Needling combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigationtherapy,the other group treated by common acupuncture therapy; after 2 months, treatment,to observe the advancement of muscle and FAC score. Results After 2 months,treatment, almost 92.3% patients of the treatment group getefficacy, and get notable advancement on leg muscles strengthen. The contrast group gained an efficacy of 76.9%.
Conclusion Penetration Needling combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy has marked efficacyon hemiplegic gait of stroke patients.
