健康教育为主的综合干预对老年代谢综合征生活质量及睡眠质量影响的研究

目的 探讨健康教育为主的综合护理干预对老年代谢综合征患者生活质量和睡眠质量的影响,关注患者血清中血脂的变化,以期为临床工作提供理论帮助.方法 收集我院收治的140例老年代谢综合征患者,随机分为两组,观察组患者共70例,在常规治疗护理基础上实施健康教育,并辅以降脂轻身茶,对照组患者共70例,进行常规治疗护理.应用生活质量量表评价患者的生活质量,应用睡眠质量量表评价患者的睡眠质量,同时关注干预后患者血脂的表达情况.结果 干预后观察组患者生活质量评分明显高于对照组,睡眠质量评分明显低于对照组,观察组的血脂水平明显低于对照组.结论 以健康教育为主的综合护理干预对老年代谢综合征患者的生活质量和睡眠质量有明显的影响,同时能优化患者的血脂,临床中可以积极应用.

The clinical observation on life quality and sleep quality in patients with elderly metabolic syndrome by comprehensive intervention based health education

Objective To investigate the change of life quality and sleep quality on patients with elderly metabolic syn- drome by comprehensive intervention based health education, study the change of blood lipid, for accumulating clini- cal experience, directing clinical treatment. Methods A total of 140 elderly patients with metabolic syndrome were di- vided into two groups. The observation group （70 cases） were intervened by normal nursing, health education and Jiangzhiqingshen tea. The control group （70 cases） were intervened by normal nursing. We analyzed the life quality and sleep quality by Questionnaires, observed the blood liquid in the observation group. Results The scores of life quality and sleep quality were obviously better in the observation group than in the control group. The level of blood liquid were lower in the observation group than in the control group after intervention. Conclusion The comprehensive intervention based health education can improve the life quality and sleep quality, decrease the level of blood liquid, is worthy to be applied in clinical treatment.
