急性脑梗死患者同型半胱氨酸、超敏C反应蛋白检测的临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨急性脑梗死患者同型半胱氨酸(Hey)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs—CRP)检测的临床意义。方法选择我院2011年1月~2012年1月我院确诊的急性脑梗死患者32例,同时选择30例健康体检者作为健康对照组,检测同型半胱氨酸(Hcv)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs—CRP)的变化情况,以及治疗2周后脑梗死组Hey、hs—CRP的变化情况。结果32例急性脑梗死患者的Hey为(16.43±3.88)μmol/L,hs—CRP为(4.28±0.27)mg/L,130名健康对照组患者的Hey为(7.32±1.21)μmol/L,hs—CRP为(1.12±0.34)mg/L,病例组的Hey、Hs—CRP含量均明显高于健康对照组,两组分别比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);病例组入院时Hcy为(17.34_+3.89)umol/L,hs—CRP为(3.61±0.35)mg/L,治疗2周后,病例组Hcy为(11.96±4.02)μmol/L,hs—CRP为(1.24±0.52)mg/L,上述治疗前后分别比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论同型半胱氨酸及超敏C反应蛋白的检测对于急性脑梗死的诊断、治疗及病情监测与预后具有重要的临床诊断价值。

The clinical significance of homocysteine, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Abstract:Objective To investigate clinical significance of detection homocysteine (Hcy), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Serected 32 cases diagnosed patie~Lts with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012, 30 healthy subjects as control group, deteced the Hcy,hs-CRP changes, and cerebral infarction group Hcy, hs-CRP changes after two weeks of treatment. Results The 32 patients with acute cerebral infarction Hcy was (16.43±3.88)μmol/L, hs-CRP was (428±43.27) mg/L mad 30 healthy control patients Hcy was (7.32±1.21) μmol/L, Hs-CRP was (1.12±0.34) rag/L, acute cerebral infarction cases of Hcy, hs-CRP content was significantly higher than the healthy control group, the two groups were compared, the difference of Hcy, hs-CRP was statistically significant betwecen two groups (P 〈 0.05); case group admission Hcy (17.34±3.89)μmol/L, hs-CRP was (3.61+0.35) mg/L, after two weeks of treatment the case group Hcy (11.96±4.02) μmol/L, hs-CRP (1.24±0.52)mg/L, the treatment before and after treatment were compared, after treatment 2 weeks, the patient group of Hcy, Hs-CRP content was significantly lower than the time of admission, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Homocysteine and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein detection, treatment and monitoring of the disease and the prognosis for the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction has important clinical diagnostic value.
