锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折临床疗效分析

目的 探讨分析锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效.方法 从2009年10月～2012年6月期间我院收治的复杂胫骨平台骨折的患者中选取68例,随机分为观察组(34例)和对照组(34例),两组均根据患者病情选择不同的手术方式,术后观察组患者采用锁定钢板内固定治疗,对照组患者采取普通钢板固定治疗.将两组患者住院时间、骨折愈合时间和膝关节功能恢复情况进行对比.结果 术后观察组的住院时间和骨折愈合时间显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者膝关节功能恢复情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床效果较普通钢板固定治疗的临床效果好,显著缩短住院时间和骨折愈合时间,骨折恢复快,明显改善膝关节功能,是一种安全、有效的方法,值得在临床普遍推广与应用.

The efficacy analysis of locking plate fixation in treatment of complex tibial plateau fracture

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of locking plate fixation in treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures. Methods A total of 68 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures from October 2009 to June 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group （34 cases） and control group （n=-34）, the two groups were given different surgical approach based on the patient＇s condition, after the treatment, the observation group was given locking plate fixation while the control group was given ordinary plate fixation. The hospitalized time, fracture healing time and recovery of knee function were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative hospitalized time and fracture healing time of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） ; knee function recovery of the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The locking plate fixation in treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures has better effect than ordinary steel, and it can shorter hospital stays and fracture healing time, make the fractures quick recovery, it can improve the knee function, and it is a safe and effective method, which is the universal promotion and application in clinical practice.
