冠状动脉旁路移植术治疗冠心病的效果分析

目的分析研究冠状动脉旁路移植术对冠心病患者的临床治疗效果以及手术特点。方法将我院2010年1月～2011年2月收治的76例冠心病患者分为对照组38例．实验组38例。对照组采用常规非体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植手术（0P—CABG）进行治疗，实验组采用冠状动脉旁路移植手术（CABG）进行治疗。分析比较两组冠心病患者病情的改变情况以及两种手术方法的特点。结果两组患者的病情同治疗前相比均有一定改善，但实验组病情改善情况明显优于对照组，且手术的并发症非常少，两组间的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在冠心病的手术治疗方法中，冠状动脉旁路移植术所取得的效果较好，临床价值非常高。

Conclusion The surgical treatment of coronary heart disease, coronary artery bypass grafting re- sults achieved better clinical value is very high.
