临床护士认知情绪调节对应对方式及心理健康状况的影响

目的探讨临床护士认知情绪调节现状及与应对方式及心理健康状况的关系。方法随机抽取临床护士352人，采用认知情绪调节策略问卷中文版（CERQ—C）、应对方法问卷（CSQ）和症状自评量表（SCL-90）对临床护士进行评价，对比临床护士和常模及护龄〈5年（A组）和护龄≥5年（B组）CERQ—C评分，分析CERQ—C与CSQ、SCL-90的关系。结果临床护士躯体化、强迫、焦虑、抑郁、敌对、人际关系敏感评分高于常模（P〈0．05）。A、B组和常模认知情绪调节评分差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），A组适应性认知情绪调节评分均低于B组，而不适应性认知情绪调节评分均高于B组（P〈0．05）。CERQ—C因子与解决问题、合理化、退避、自责、求助存在相关性（P〈0．05）。CERQ—C因子与躯体化、强迫、焦虑、抑郁、敌对、恐怖、人际关系敏感、偏执存在相关性（P〈0．05）。结论临床护士整体认知情绪调节以正向调节为主，低年资护士在面对负性事件时常表现为责难自己，高年资护士认知情绪调节能力较好．而心理健康状态较差，临床护士认知情绪调节对应对方式和心理健康均有显著影响。

Clinical nurse cognitive emotion regulation coping style and mental health status

Objective To investigate the clinical nurse cognitive emotion regulation status and relationship with coping style and mental health status. Methods Random sample of 352 clinical nurses, CERQ-C, CSQ and SCL-90 were e- valuated for clinical nurses, compared the clinical nurse and the norm and guarding age 〈5 years （group A） and retain- ing age ≥5 years （group B） CERQ-C score, analyzed the relationship of CERQ-C with CSQ and SCL-90. Results The clinical nurse somatization, obsessive-compulsive, anxiety, depression, hostility, interpersonal sensitivity rating was higher than the norm （P〈0.05）. A, B group and norm cognitive emotion regulation score differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. A set of adaptive cognitive emotion regulation scores were lower than group B, without adaptive cog- nitive emotion regulation ratings in group B （P〈0.05）.CERQ-C factor and solve the problem, rationalize retreat, self- blame, help correlation （P〈0.05）. CERQ-C factor somatization, obsessive-compulsive, anxiety, depression,hostility,acts of terrorism, interpersonal sensitivity, paranoid correlation（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nurse overall cognitive e- motion regulation to positive regulation, clinical nurse cognitive emotion regulation coping style and mental health were significantly affected.
