摘    要:目的 探讨针灸配合中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法 选取2010年12月~2012年12月我院住院治疗的腰椎间盘突出症62例作为研究对象,观察组32例应用针灸配合中药治疗,对照组30例应用中药治疗,比较两组治疗后的疗效.结果 观察组临床治愈率50%,总有效率90.6%,对照组临床治愈率20%,总有效率70%,观察组的临床治愈率、总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).除了瘀血腰痛型患者的两组间疗效比较差异不显著,其余辩证分型观察组的疗效均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<O.05).结论 针灸配合中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,值得推广和应用.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods From December 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital treatment of lumbar disc herniation 62 cases as the research object, observe the group of 32 patients were treated with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine, the control group 32 cases of 30 cases of application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment were com pared after treatment efficacy. Results The clinical cure rate of 50% was observed, the total efficiency of 90.6% in the control group, the clinical cure rate of 20%, the total efficiency 70% clinical cure rate in the observation group, the total effective rate was significantly higher (P 〈 0.05). In addition to blood stasis type of low back pain patients compar ing the efficacy between the two groups was not significant, the rest dialectical type the efficacy of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Acuouncture and Chinese medicine treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and worthy of oromotion and aoolication.
