64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像斑块与冠心病相关性分析

目的 探讨64层螺旋CT检查冠状动脉成像斑块与冠心病之间的相关性.方法 对60例临床确诊的冠心病患者行64层螺旋CT冠状动脉检查,获得的数据用64层螺旋CT工作站的后处理技术对冠状动脉成像斑块进行分析,并设20例无冠心病的正常者作对照.结果 结果显示,冠心病患者的冠状动脉斑块数量高于正常组；不同性质斑块在急性冠状动脉综合征组(ACS)和稳定心绞痛患者组之间存在统计学差异,混合斑块、软斑块和冠心病的危险性呈显著正相关.结论 64层螺旋CT检查可对冠状动脉的斑块成分和形态作出正确检查,并揭示与冠心病危险程度的关联.

The correlation between 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography plaque and coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the correlation between the 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography plaque and coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 60 clinically diagnosed patients with coronary heart disease were checked by 64-sli ee spiral CT, the data obtained was analysed by post-processing workstation coronary angiography plaque, and set up 20 cases of without coronary heart disease as a control. Results The statistical software analysis showed that the number of coronary heart disease in patients with coronary artery plaque was higher than the normal group; different types of plaque were significantly different between the group of patients in acute coronary syndrome （ACS） and stable angina; mixed plaque, soft plaque had a significant positive correlation with coronary heart disease. Con- clusion 64-slice spiral CT can make the right checks in different composition and morphology of coronary plaques, and can reveal association between the degree of risk of coronary heart disease with the styles of plague.
