乳腺癌术后化疗患者睡眠质量及影响因素调查分析

目的 探讨乳腺癌患者术后睡眠质量情况以及其影响因素.方法 选择100例乳腺癌术后化疗的患者为调查对象.调查患者睡眠质量、医学应对、社会支持、患者生命质量、一般资料等情况进行调查.分析患者睡眠质量以及相关的影响因素.结果 患者的年龄与入睡时间和睡眠障碍有关,居住地与睡眠时间相关,每周锻炼次数与总分、主观睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠障碍、日间功能相关,锻炼时疲劳感与总分、入睡时间相关,肿瘤临床分期与日间功能相关,化疗方案与总分、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率相关,KPS评分与催眠药物相关.结论 乳腺癌术后化疗患者普遍存在睡眠障碍的情况.年龄＜40岁、自费、居住在中小城市、蒽环类化疗的患者睡眠质量更差,每周锻炼次数也会影响患者的睡眠质量.

The sleep quality and its influencing factors of breast cancer patients re- ceiving postoperative chemotherapy

Objective To investigate the breast cancer patients sleep quality and its influencing factors. Methods Se lected 100 cases of breast cancer after chemotherapy for the survey. Patients with sleep quality medical coping, social support, quality of life of patients were investigated. The quality of sleep in patients and related factors were analyzed. Results The patient＇s age and the time to fall asleep and sleep disorders, sleep time, the number of weekly exercise with the total score, subjective sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep disorders, daytime function related the exercise fa tigue score, associated with time to fall asleep, clinical stage and daytime function related to chemotherapy total sleep time, sleep time, sleep efficiency related, KPS score and hypnotic drugs. Conclusion There is prevalence of sleep dis orders in patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy. Patients of age 〈40 years old, at their own expense, living in small and mediumsized cities, anthracycline chemotherapy have worse sleep quality, and the number of weekly exer cise can also affect the quality of the patient＇s sleep.
