妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清CRP、ET-1、NO水平及相关性

摘    要:目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)患者血清CRP、ET-1、NO水平及关系。方法选择70例HDCP患者为观察组,并根据病情程度分为三组,并选择40例正常妊娠末期孕妇为对照组,比较观察与对照组的血清CRP、ET-1、NO水平,以及不同病情程度的血清CRP、ET-1、NO水平。结果观察组血清CRP、ET-1水平显著高于对照组,血清NO水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。不同病情严重程度HDCP的血清CRP、ET-1、NO水平之间差异存在显著差异(P<0.05),血清CRP、ET-1与病情严重程度呈正相关,血清NO水平与病情严重程度呈负相关。血清CRP水平与血清ET-1水平呈正相关,与血清NO水平呈负相关,血清ET-1与血清NO水平呈负相关。结论 CRP、ET-1、NO与HDCP的发生、发展存在密切联系,综合考虑可判断疾病的进展和预后。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the level and relativity of serum CRP,ET-1 and NO for hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP). Methods Seventy cases of HDCP in the study group ,and were divided into 3 groups according to severity. 40 normal pregnancies in control group. The serum CRP, ET-1, NO levels were compared be- tween study group and control group, and among different severity of HDCP. Results The serum CRP, ET-1 levels of study group were significantly higher, and serum NO levels were significantly lower than control group (P 〈 0.05). The serum CRP, ET-1, NO level of different severity of HDCP were significant difference (P 〈 0.05). The level of serum CRP, ET-1 and disease severity were positively correlated, the level of serum NO levels and disease severity was negatively correlate. The level of serum CRP and ET-1 were positively correlated, and the level of serum NO was negatively correlated, the level of serum ET-1 and NO was negatively correlated. Conclusion CRP, ET-1, NO are related to HDCP occurrence and development, synthetically consider them could be judged and prognosis of the dis- ease
