椎弓根钉系统内固定联合椎板间植骨治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折效果研究

摘    要:目的探讨胸腰椎骨折患者采用椎弓根钉系统内固定联合椎板问植骨的临床效果。方法研究对象为来我院骨科进行治疗的胸腰椎骨折患者116例,按照治疗的不同方法分为研究组及对照组(n=58),分别实施经椎弓根钉系统内固定治疗、椎弓根钉系统内固定联合椎板间植骨治疗。结果研究组与对照组术后1d、2d、3d及7d的VAS疼痛评分与术前比较均明显较低(P〈0.05)。两组治疗后的前缘高度、后缘高度均明显升高,研究组改善更为明显,脊髓神经功能良好率明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论胸腰椎骨折患者采用椎弓根钉系统内固定联合椎板间植骨具有显著的远期临床效果,可以在临床推广应用。

The effect of pedicle screw internal fixation combined with vertebral lamina bone graft in the treatment of thoracolumbar spinal fracture

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of pedicle screw internal fixation combined with vertebral lamina bone graft in the treatment of patients with thoracolumbar spinal fracture. Methods A total of 116 patients with thoracolumbar spinal fracture collected in orthopedics department of our hospital were divided into 58 cases of the study group treated by pedicle screw internal fixation combined with vertebral lamina bone graft therapy and 58 cases of the control group treated by pedicle screw internal fixation therapy according to the different treatment methods. Results Compared with before the operation, the VAS pain score of two groups at 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 7 days after the operation decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05). The height of anterior and posterior edge of two groups after the treatment increased significantly, especially the improving effect of the study group was more obviously. The rate of good spinal nerve function in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Pedicle screw internal fixation combined with vertebral lamina bone graft in the treatment of thoracolumbar spinal fracture has significant long-term clinical effect, and which can be widely used in clinical practice.
