糖尿病肾病血液透析患者家庭护理干预的效果研究

目的评价糖尿病肾病血液透析患者家庭护理干预的效果。方法125例血液透析的糖尿病肾病患者随机分为观察组63例和对照组62例，分别给予家庭护理干预和常规护理干预，采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）及健康调查量表（SF-36）评价护理干预效果并观察并发症发生情况。结果观察组和对照组护理干预后SCL-90量表各因子显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）,SF-36各维度评分均显著髙于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组护理干预期间水肿、心衰、电解质失衡、内瘘感染、高血压、低血压及低血糖发生率均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论家庭护理能够显著改善糖尿病肾病血液透析患者身体和心理状态，提髙社会适应力和生活质量。

Effect of home care intervention on diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis patients

Objective To investigate the evaluation of diabetic nephropathy in hemodialysis patients home care intervention effect. Methods A total of 125 cases of diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis patients were randomly divided intoobservation group of 63 patients and a control group of 62 patients, home care intervention and usual care intervention, using the Symptom Checklist （SCL-90） and Health Survey Scale （SF-36） to evaluate the effect of nursing intervention and observe the occurrence of complications. Results Self-rating scale SCL-90 scale factor in the observation group and control group after nursing intervention was significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）, his rating scale SF-36 each dimension scores were significantly higher （P 〈 0.05）. During the observation group nursing intervention edema, heart failure, electrolyte imbalance, fistula infection, hypertension, hypotension, and hypoglycemiawas significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Home care can significantly improve the physical andmental state of diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis patients, improve social resilience and quality of life.
