金银钯合金铸造桩核和预成玻璃纤维桩联合复合树脂核修复上前牙漏斗状残根的临床效果

目的探讨金银钯合金铸造桩核和预成玻璃纤维桩联合复合树脂核修复上前牙漏斗状残根的临床效果。方法48例患者104颗患牙进行根管充填，然后根据不同情况进行金银钯合金铸造桩核（对照组）和预成玻璃纤维桩联合复合树脂核修复（观察组）。对患者随访两年，观察两组患者临床效果。结果2年随访时间内，观察组患者留存率达94.4%,有1颗纤维桩折断和2颗纤维桩脱位，无根尖周炎的发生。对照组患者留存率达90.0%,有2颗出现根折，3颗固位丧失。在随访期间，观察组发生生物学感染和技术操作的并发症基牙3例，丧失基牙2例,发生率为7.4%，与对照组（20%）相比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈 0.05）。对照组有2颗出现根尖周炎以及3颗出现继发龋。两组患者的留存率基本相近，但对照组不良反应显著高于观察组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论两种桩核修复上前牙漏斗状残根临床效果基本相同。但纤维桩由于就诊次数少、不良反应少，更有利于再修复而更被推荐使用。

Clinical effect on the patients with tooth funnel residual roots by gold and silver palladium alloy cast post-and-core and the glass fiber pile composite resin cores

Objective To investigate the clinical effect patients with tooth funnel residual roots by gold and silver palladium alloy cast post -and -core and the glass fiber pile composite resin cores. Methods Forty-eight patients （onehundred and four teeth） were treated by root-canal filling.Then they were treated by gold and silver palladium alloycast post-and-core （the control group）and the glass fiber pile composite resin cores （the observation group） .respectively.Followed up for two years, the clinical effect were evaluated. Results Followed up for two years,the retentionrate was 94.4% in the observation group,one fiber was pile break and two was fiber dislocation, there was no root periarthritis.The retention rate was 90.0% in the control group, two was root fold,three was loss of retention,two was periarthritis of root tips, and three was secondary caries.Two groups of patients in the retention rate was similar, but theadverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the observation group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of two kinds of pile nuclear repairing tooth funnel residual roots is basically the same. But the fiber pile isless and less adverse reaction,it is recommended to use again for more conducive to repair again .
