阿托伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及对hs-CRP的影响

目的 观察阿托伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及对hs-CRP的影响.方法 60例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,两组均予抗凝、抗血小板聚集、硝酸酯类等药物治疗;观察组加用阿托伐他汀10 mg口服,疗程4周.结果 观察组的总有效率达96.67％,明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组和对照组治疗前hs-CRP分别为(8.18±1.56) mg/L、(9.15±2.13) mg/L,治疗4周后,观察组和对照组的hs-CRP分别为(2.64±0.34)mg/L、(5.18±1.23) mg/L,分别较治疗前明显降低,且观察组治疗4周后的hs-CRP水平较对照组明显降低(P＜0.05).结论 阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效确切,考虑可能是通过改善由hs-CRP炎症因子介导的炎症过程而发挥作用.

Atorvastatin in treatment of unstable angina pectoris and on the impact of hs-CRP

Objective To observe the effect of atorvastatin in treatment of unstable angina pectoris and the impact on the hs-CRP. Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into observation group and control group 30 cases, two groups were treated anticoagulant, anti-platelet aggregation,nitrates class of other drugs;observation group was treated with atorvastatin 10 mg after treatment 4 weeks. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.67%,was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）.The level of hs-CRP of observation group and control group before treatment were （8.18±1.56） rag/L, （9.15±2.13） mg/L,after treatment 4 weeks,the hs-CRP level of the observation group and control group were （2.64±0.34） mg/L, （5.18±1.23） mg/L,re- spectively,was significantly lower than before treatment,and hs-CRP level of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant between groups （P〈0.05）.Two groups of patients were successfully completed treatment ,did not appear impaired liver function ,drug allergies ,muscle tenderness and other complications. Conclusion Atorvastatin in treatment of unstable angina has good efficacy, may be considered by the hs-CRP by improving mediated inflammatory cytokines play a role in the inflammatory process.
