腹腔镜联合阴式手术在子宫肌瘤治疗中的临床应用

目的 分析腹腔镜联合阴式手术在子宫肌瘤治疗中的临床效果,并为子宫肌瘤的最优化治疗提供理论性指导.方法 选取我院于2009年12月～2012年5月收治的120例子宫肌瘤患者,利用随机数字表法进行分组,分别设为A组、B组和C组,每组各40例.其中A组采取开腹手术治疗,B组采取阴式手术治疗,C组采取腹腔镜联合阴式手术进行治疗.结果 C组手术时间、失血量、HGB手术前后差值、复发率、术后病率明显低于A组和B组(P＜0.05).结论 阴式手术的临床效果优于传统腹式手术,而腹腔镜联合阴式手术兼有腹腔镜和阴式手术的双重优点,值得进一步推广.

Effect of laparoscopy combined with transvaginal operation in teaetment of uterine leiomyoma

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined transvaginal operation in leiomyoma of uterus, and provide theoretical guidance for the optimal treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods A total of 120 cases of uterine fibroids patients in our hospital in 2008 March to 2012 year in May admitted to the random number table method, grouping, were divided into A group, B group and C group, each group of 40 cases. The A group to take la- paroscopic myomectomy, group B taking vaginal operation treatment, group C by laparoscope and vaginal operation treatment. Results Operation time, blood loss, before and after HGB operation difference ,recurrence rate and postoperative morbidity of C group was significantly lower than that in A group and B group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The laparoscopic operation under transvaginal myomectomy is a scientific, reasonable, effective treatment, the clinical efficacy is significant, worthy of further promotion.
