舒适护理对妇科腹腔镜手术围手术期的影响

目的 探讨妇科实施腹腔镜手术的护理体会.方法 对我科2011年11月～2012年12月收治的32例妇科患者实施腹腔镜手术治疗,并给予专业的妇科腹腔镜手术护理配合,积极预防并发症的发生.结果 两组患者均成功实施腹腔镜手术,治疗组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症及住院时间方面与对照组相比,效果显著(P＜0.05).治疗组术前焦虑、术后疼痛均明显低于对照组,护理满意度为100％,显著高于对照组75％(P＜0.05).结论 全面周到、细致的术前术后的舒适护理,防止了术后并发症的发生,是手术成功的重要保证.

Effect of comfortable nursing on the gynecology department peritoneo-scope surgery encircles the surgery time

Objective To explore the nursing experience of gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 32 patients with gynecological patients in our department from November 2011 to December 2012, admitted to the imple- mentation of laparoscopic surgery, and given professional gynecological laparoscopic surgery nursing cooperation, and actively prevent the occurrence of complications. Results Two groups of patients were successfully performed laparo- scopic operation, compared with control group, the treatment group in the operation time, bleeding volume, postopera- tive complications and hospitalization time, the effect was more significant （P 〈 0.05）. The treatment group anxiety be- fore operation, postoperative pain were significantly lower than those in the control group, nursing satisfaction as 100%, significantly higher than the control group 75% （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive and thoughtful, careful preoperative and postoperative care, to prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications is an important guarantee of successful operation.
