| 摘 要： | 目的探讨替米沙坦对男性高血压患者内皮功能和性功能的影响。方法选择2010-2012年于本院诊治的不合并性功能障碍的80例男性高血压患者，分为观察组和对照组，比较两组患者的内皮功能和性功能情况。结果接受治疗后观察组患者的内皮功能优于对照组（P〈0．05），性功能情况明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论对于男性高血压患者，替米沙坦除了降压疗效良好，维护性功能，改善内皮功能可能是其作用机制之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of telmisartan on the endothelial function and sexual function of male hy- pertensive patients. Methods Selected 80 cases of hypertension without sexual dysfunction during 2010-2012 years, randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, and endothelial function and sexual function were compared. Results After treatment, the endothelial function in observation group was higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）, and sexual function was also better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of telmisartan for hypertension contributes to maintenance of sexual function in addition to lowering blood pressure, which may be related to improvement in endothelial function. |
