养心汤治疗亚健康状态心肾亏虚型失眠的短期疗效观察

目的 观察养心汤治疗亚健康状态心肾亏虚型失眠的短期疗效.方法 56例亚健康状态心肾亏虚型失眠患者,随机分为两组,观察组32例应用养心汤治疗,对照组24例采取常规治疗.观察并比较两组患者总体临床疗效、治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)总积分变化情况.结果 观察组总有效率为90.63%,对照组总有效率为79.17%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后两组PSQl总积分下降,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 养心汤可改善亚健康状态心肾亏虚型失眠患者的睡眠质量,短期疗效满意.

Short-term Therapeutic Effect of Yangxin Decoction on Sub - health State with Insomnia of Deficiency Syndrome of Heart and Kidney

Objective To observe short - term therapeutic effect of Yangxin decoction on sub - health state with insomnia of defi ciency syndrome of heart and kidney. Methods Fifty - six patients with sub - health insomnia of deficiency syndrome of heart and kid-ney were randomly divided into two groups: The observed group(n= 32)treated with Yangxin decoction and the control group(n=24) treated with routine treatment. Total clinical therapeutic effect and the change of cumulative score of Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) were analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 90.63% and 79.17% in the observed group and the control group respec-tively(P<0.05). After treatment, PSQI of two group was decreased, and that in the observed group was obviously better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Yangxin decoction had a significant short - term therapeutic effect on sub - health state with insomnia of deficiency syndrome of heart and kidne.
