模拟情景演习在腹膜透析患者培训中的应用

目的探讨模拟情景演习的方式对腹膜透析患者进行居家治疗培训的效果。方法便利选取2013年6-12月以情景模拟方式培训的腹膜透析患者32例作为观察组,以2012年采用标准方式培训的30例腹膜透析患者作为对照组,比较两组患者居家治疗6个月后的腹膜透析相关知识和操作考核合格率、营养状态及并发症发生率。结果居家治疗6个月后,观察组患者腹膜透析相关知识和操作考核合格率(90.6%)高于对照组(63.3%),血白蛋白含量和血前白蛋白含量均高于对照组,并发症发生率(12.5%)低于对照组(43.3%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01)。结论采用模拟情景演习的方式对腹膜透析患者进行居家治疗培训,提高了患者的培训效果及居家腹膜透析质量。

Application of Scene Simulation Practice in the Training of Patients Underwent Peritoneal Dialysis

Objective To discuss the application of scene simulation practice in the training of patients underwent peritoneal dialysis.Methods By convenience sampling,32 cases trained with scene simulation practice in 2013 were selected as observation group,and 30 cases received standard training method were selected as control group.The peritoneal dialysis relevant knowledge and pass rate of operation assessment after 6 months of at-home treatment were compared.Results After 6 months of treatment,the peritoneal dialysis relevant knowledge and pass rate of operation assessment in observation group (90.6%)were higher than control group (63.3%),and the blood albumin and prealbumin were higher than that of control group;the incidence rate of complications in observation group (12.5%)was lower than control group (43.3%)(P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusions The application of scene simulation practice in the training of patients underwent peritoneal dialysis can improve the training effect and at-home peritoneal dialysis quality.
