| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肢体康复护理措施的效果。方法：神经内科脑卒中患者437例，根据康复学基本原理给予肢体功能康复护理，对照组为普通内科脑卒中患者399例，给予内科常规基础护理。根据Brunnstom评定标准，选择患者入院第14天肢体功能情况进行比较。结果：康复护理组肢体功能恢复有效率高于对照组。结论：肢体功能康复护理优于内科基础护理，有利于促进肢体功能的恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect of method of limb rehabilitative nursing Methods:437 patients with stroking in nerve medicine department wrer selected. According to the basic theory of rehabilitation science, limb function rehabilitation nursing has been given. Control group 399 patients with stroking in medicine department basic nursing was implied to them. According to Brunnstom evaluation standard, we have compared the limb function on the 14th day. Results: Limb available rate is 43.02% in rehabilitation group and 27. 32% in control group. Conclusion: limb function rehabilitation nursing is better than medicine basic nursing and benefit to improve the recovery of function. |
